We are a major program manager of development assistance programs for both government and private sector clients, drawing on our global network of development professionals working on projects all over the world. The role

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the objective of the International Development Coordinator is to prepare expressions of interest, capability statements, marketing and competitive tenders for project management contracts. The role involves identifying and researching market opportunities in the development assistance market in Australia and establishing good working relationships with our clients and other key business contacts. You will work independently to provide operational and administrative support to the preparation tenders from the identification and research of opportunities to the submission of proposals.

The person

Your proven experience in administration, marketing, project coordination and proposal preparation along with your fantastic relationship building and communication skills will see you succeed in this position.  You will be self-motivated, have excellent interpersonal skills and high standards of attention to detail.

This is the ideal position for a mature-minded and passionate person wanting to assist in improving the lives of communities and building a rewarding career within international development. Previous experience in working with or on DFAT projects and an understanding of development principles and the international development market in the Asia Pacific region will be highly advantageous.
