The Role:

As programme management system & information team manager you will lead and manage the PMSI team and within the overall remit of the team, you will develop and support processes to improve programme management accountability and programme information provision, access and quality.

What we are looking for:

As programme management system & information team manager you will have a deep understanding of programme management information, its users and its uses. You will have an ability to quickly understand Oxfam’s programme management information systems and be able to influence strategy on changes to systems and processes. In addition, you must be able to manage, coach, set priorities and give direction to the experienced team members.

You will also oversee relationships with key stakeholders both in Oxfam GB and Oxfam International, both in terms of understanding their changing programme management information requirements and uses and in terms of changes needed in programme information systems and processes to collect this information.

You will also work closely with the team and will have good understanding of the varied functions of the team members to give support and guidance when needed and understand the implications of the change for the support functions of the team.

Location: Oxford – United Kingdom

Hours: 36 hours per week

Salary: £38,128 - £49,823 gross p.a. depending on experience

Job Type: Open ended
