As programme portfolio manager, you will be Oxfam GB’s (OGB) strategic geographic lead, representing OGB at regional and country level in Middle East & North Africa (MENA) regarding the delivery of OGB’s Partner Affiliate offer. You will be responsible for coordinating and holding a strategic leadership role for OGB in the development and implementation of a coherent and quality programme portfolio and partnership with countries and regions.
Your role sits in the Programme Portfolio Oversight and Development (PPOD) team however represents all of the International Programme Team (IPT) and the wider OGB.
What we are looking for
As programme portfolio manager (MENA) you will be senior leader who enjoys connecting people and resources, has a strategic mindset, and strives to make a real difference to our One Oxfam programmes in Middle East & North Africa.
You will be a seasoned development manager, influencer and networker. You will have successfully worked collaboratively across business units and organisations, and acted as a facilitator for positive change. You will also be an excellent problem solver and decision maker, using risk analysis and creativity whenever requested.
