Roving HR Advisor - EA Node support (MENA)

Do you have professional qualification in Human Resources and/or related field with substantial knowledge and experience of general human resource management ?
Do you have substantial knowledge and experience of capacity building and skills transfer, learning and development and knowledge management?
Do you have experience of working internationally across a number of countries, specifically within the Middle East Region?

As a roving HR advisor, MENA, you will be responsible for supporting the countries to build up their capacity and resilience to working without Regional Centre support.
You will be responsible for induction on the EA Node and how it will work in the countries and in addition there may be training, capacity building, strengthening and supporting good practice in the human resource function across countries where Oxfam GB is responsible for providing business support.
What we are looking for
As a roving HR advisor, you will have experience in creating a learning and sharing environment as well as experience of working internationally across a number of countries.
You will also have a professional qualification in Human Resources and/or related field with substantial knowledge and experience of general human resource management with expertise in providing a superior, proactive, business focused service.
