Oxfam GB’s Programme Funding & Partnerships (PFP) team has a strong global track record of successfully supporting the development of high quality programme funding proposals, whilst generating and supporting restricted donor programme income of more than £200m/year. They have specialist experience and capability in single country and multi-country programme funding, of traditional and emerging aid modalities and mechanisms, of commercial tendering and of complex consortia formation and partnerships development.

Our Donor Partnership Team is responsible for leading and coordinating all OGB’s donor engagement, partnership building and resource mobilisation across our humanitarian, development and campaigning programmes.

Oxfam GB seeks to recruit a UK Donor Compliance Adviser (DCA) to provide dedicated and consistent key donor compliance advisory support, accompaniment and capacity building within the organisation. The DCA will support a wide range of stakeholders, provide expert technical advice, and support Oxfam’s donor account strategies.

This role requires in-depth knowledge of and familiarity with UK (UK Government) donor contract management requirements, expectations and regulations. The role also requires good written and verbal communication skills, an adeptness in risk analysis, as well as experience in producing guidance documents and developing and delivering training.

The ideal candidate will also have sufficient knowledge of UK institutional donor expectations and regulations, experience in managing funds from UK institutional donors, or demonstrate a willingness and ability to quickly learn and become a donor expert. The role may include some travel (up to 12 weeks per year.)
