Evidence on Demand launch new Learning Zone

Our colleagues at Evidence on Demand have launched a new online Learning Zone. Available on the Evidence on Demand website, this new e-learning portal already contains two learning modules on greening development, based on Greening Development: Enhancing Capacity for Environmental Management and Governance, a manual published by the OECD.
The two modules developed by Evidence on Demand in collaboration with the Institute of Development Studies (University of Sussex, UK) and the OECD take you through the OECD’s Five-Step Framework for Greening Development. By completing interactive tasks or following detailed case studies that bring the subject matter to life, Evidence on Demand provides both entry-level and in-depth material for anyone looking to expand their knowledge on important climate and environmental governance issues
The Learning Zone can be accessed directly on the Evidence on Demand e-learning portal and, by completing a quick registration form, it is possible to enrol and access these free learning materials in minutes.
This Learning Zone is one of many initiatives by Evidence on Demand aimed at supporting development decision-making and practice. On top of the Learning Zone, Evidence on Demand services include a comprehensive document library housing a catalogue of Topic Guides and other knowledge products on climate, the environment, infrastructure and livelihoods.

What is evidence on demand?
Established in 2012, Evidence on Demand is a DFID-supported information hub that provides access to quality-assured resources and technical expertise on issues relating to climate and environment, infrastructure and livelihoods.
