UK charitable organisation aiming to produce information required to apply ethical criteria to investment and to identify alternative investments for ethical investment. Provides a information service to companies/individuals making investments and a consultancy research service. From its database, it can produce an acceptable list of companies (matched against specified criteria), a portfolio screen and factsheets (on specific companies). Produces a quarterly newsletter (called "The Ethical Investor"), list of ethical financial advisers, briefings on specific issues and press releases.
