Bibliographic database on population, demographics, reproductive health, family planning. Sources include newspapers, grey literature, books, journal articles. Prepared by the Centre for Communication Policy (CCP), Johns Hopkins School of Public Health (see separate entry) from whose Population Information Programme most of the data comes. CDROM version funded by UNPF (available free to developing countries). All 280,000 citations, representing published and unpublished literature, can be accessed on the Poline web site free of charge. Full-text printouts of documents can be ordered (supplied free to institutions in developing countries, fees charged to others). Documents can be supplied as PDF email arttachments to developing countries only.
