ENDS is a commercial publisher of environmental information for professionals in the business, regulatory, academic and campaigning communities. Focus is on European environmental issues, primarily .policy, legislation, industry and watchdog reports. Information services include:

(a) The ENDS Report: monthly journal, available in paper, full text on CDROM from 1992 onwards, and as a sample on WWW

(b) ENDS Environment Daily: daily news stories on European issues. Email service and also on WWW with archive). Subscription required (Service began February 1997)

(c) ENDS Environmental Consultants Directory: printed directory of some 400 consultants. Available free (registration required) on WWW.

(d) ENDS Electronic Library: CDROM with full text of Ends Report (1992 onwards) and environmental court cases from the Ends Report from 1979 onwards

(e) Recruitment: ENDS Report and WWW site carry job vacancy advertisements. WWW requires (free) registration

(f) Calendar: listing of environmental events, including conferences, seminars and exhibitions. On WWW site

(g) WWW site: information on ENDS products (see above). Registration (free) is required for access to full text materials. Access to the news service requires annual subscription
