Non-profit NGO based in the Northern Province of South Africa. SEF currently runs two kinds of mircrofinance programs:

1) Micro-Credit Program (MCP) which focuses on existing but generally marginal micro-enterprises and provides them with micro-loans

2) Tshomisano Credit Program (TCP), aimed at women who live below half the poverty line.
