The Institute of Labour and Social Affairs (IPISS) is a research centre whose interdisciplinary studies concern problems of labour and social policy. Economics, law, political studies, sociology and pedagogy are subjects of studies prepared by the Institute. The core subjects of research are developed along the lines of current socio-economic policy needs of Poland.
