CSB is a university level institution with research and teaching capabilities. The mission of CSB is to assist Georgia's transition from a planned to a free market economy through training of a new generation of business professionals and business leaders. CBS works in partnership with J. Mack Robinson College of Business, Georgia State University (Atlanta, USA). CSB provides BBA and MBA programs with major Management, Finance, Accountancy, International Business, Marketing, Hospitality Administration, Health Care Management

It also conducts a number of research projects in various fields through its Business Research Center. It runs two special programs on management development and businesswomen leadership. The school regularly holds research seminars and workshops.
