Collaboration project between universities in the North and the South. Initiative of IAUP – The International Association of University Presidents and IFCU – The International Federation of Catholic Universities. The project aims to:

• promote the access to the international scientific journals by means of Internet for universities in developing regions
• supply academics in developing regions with the possibility to electronically publish their articles on the Internet

Project currently focuses on East Africa - at the moment 10 universities from the following 5 countries participate in the project: Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
