This is the website for a group of researchers based at the University of the West of England. Research, teaching and consultancy activities include include all aspects of tourism, from the study of the motives and behaviour of tourists themselves, to the operation of the tourism industry, the impact of tourism on the natural and built environment, as well as the economic impacts of tourism. Tourism Studies also include planning and policy making for tourism and the management of the environmental effects of tourism.
