Non Government Organisation that aims to bring together concerned professionals to study, disseminate and develop intellectual property laws and to coordinate and harmonise such laws in the Americas.

ASIPI promotes a national groups of lawyers and agents in the Americas and advises governments and inter-governmental entities in the countries of the Americas regarding revisions to the intellectual property regimes. They aim to foster relationships with the other organizations concerned with the importance of intellectual property rights and related rights in the world economy, such as the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), the Association Internationale pour la Protection de la Propiété Industrialle (AIPPI) and the International Trademark Association (INTA).
