National NGO Food Security Network (FOSENET)
The National NGO Food Security Network (FOSENET) was established in 2002 to address the national food crisis throughout Zimbabwe. FOSENET consists of 24 organisations covering all districts of Zimbabwe, sharing views, experience and resources to strengthen the food security situation.
One of FOSENET’s functions is to monitor food needs, availability and access through NGOs based within districts and through community based monitoring. Monthly reports from all areas of Zimbabwe are compiled by FOSENET to provide a monthly situation assessment of food security situation.
The website contains relevant documents, contact details of organisations working in Zimbabwe, as well as FOSENET's contact details and organisational information.
