The Protection Project is a human rights research institute based at the Foreign Policy Institute at The Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies in Washington, DC.

The site includes all relevant information on trafficking in persons in the individual countries of Southeastern Europe, specifically Albania, Bulgaria, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Romania, and Serbia and Montenegro (Kosovo).
