    In December 2002/January 2003, the World Food Programme commissioned a study to provide an analysis of the linkages between HIV/AIDS and food security in Malawi. It also aimed to build an analysis of the linkages between HIV/AIDS and profile of the people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHAs) particularly focusing on the urban populations.
